The different license options are single user and Multi user license. 5. Cancellation of Subscriptions: A subscription can be cancelled up to two days before the current subscription period ends. You can cancel your subscription either in the area "My account" or by sending us an e-mail (see "Contact information" below). If you cancel it later, the subscription fee for one more period will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel a recurring subscription, the subscription remains active until the end of the period for which the last payment has been made. If you cancel a subscription by e-mail, you will receive an e-mail notification once the subscription has been cancelled. If you do not receive such a notification within 48 hours after cancellation, it must be assumed that we did not receive the e-mail. In this case please contact us again. Vanuston may terminate or suspend your subscription at any time if you are found in breach of any of the terms or conditions. In these circumstances you will not be entitled any refund. 6. Automatic Renewal: Your Vanuston database subscription set-up fees and annual or monthly maintenance fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Unless you cancel your database subscription, subscription based on an annual or monthly cycle will be automatically renewed for the duration that you signed up for and the credit card on record will be automatically charged accordingly. The automatic renewal will be processed 1 to 2 days before the subscription for the current period expires. 7. Refund: Vanuston does not refund any payments after cancellation of the subscription. If a subscription is cancelled, no further payments will be charged in the future. 8. Expired Subscriptions: If a subscription expires, the account is still available to the user but the extent of information and features will be limited. Access to bookmarks and notes is still possible. 9. Copyrights: No part of the Web Site may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means - electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise - without the prior written permission of Vanuston and the respective copyright or trademark owner. The Web Site and related files are the property of Vanuston as a collective work under Indian copyright laws governed by the copyright act, 1957. The Vanuston name and logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trade names, service marks, or trademarks of Vanuston, and may not be used without the prior written consent of Vanuston. 10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Vanuston and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Vanuston arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website. 11. Applicable Law: The terms are governed by applicable law in Chennai, State of Tamilnadu, India. You agree that any action at law arising out or relating to these terms shall be filed only in courts located in Chennai, State of Tamilnadu, India and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Member/subscriber/visitor agrees to settle any dispute under this agreement under the laws of Chennai, State of Tamilnadu, India. Any litigation arising under this Agreement will be brought in the courts of Chennai, Tamilnadu state. 12.
